We only sell the pure corse flaked that come from Aleppo, Syria. No salt is added. Beware of other companies selling Aleppo Pepper grown elsewhere; if not grown in Aleppo you’re not getting the true deliciousness of Sitto’s Spice Rack Aleppo Pepper.
Note that our jar is 5 ounces which is double the quantity for just a few dollars more.
